I’m Steven Silva, owner of Showcase Property Media (Previously Simple Staging and Photography) — a Denver-based, family-run real estate media company.

Before anything else, I’m a photographer. I’ve been shooting for more than 21 years, and no matter how far I grow in real estate, development, or investing, photography will always be something I genuinely love. It’s the part of my work that never feels like work.

Since 2014, I’ve photographed more than 2,000 Colorado properties and spent over a decade in the trenches of real estate investment. I’ve completed 100+ fix-and-flips, own and operate more than 250 rental units, and I’m now an aspiring developer with my first projects underway. I understand homes from the inside out — structurally, financially, and emotionally.

And because I’m an investor myself, I know exactly what it takes to get a property ready for the market — the long nights, the unexpected costs, the sweat equity, and the pressure to make every detail right.
